1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of signxsolutions.com. They do not replace a signed contract: paid work is always governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work or proposal between you and SignX Solutions. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

2. Using this website

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or impersonate another person or company through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its administration area or its APIs.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload or disrupt the site.
• Upload anything containing malicious code.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Any indication of price, scope or timeline given before a signed agreement is an estimate, not a binding quote, and may change once requirements are confirmed.

4. Job applications

Applying through the careers page does not create an employment relationship or an obligation on SignX to respond, interview or hire. Please do not include confidential information belonging to a current or former employer in your application.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website (text, design, logos, code and case studies) belongs to SignX Solutions or its clients and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and share it, but you may not copy, republish or use it commercially without written permission.

Client names, logos and trade marks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify work delivered.

Ownership of anything we build for you is defined in your project agreement, not here. [REVIEW] Confirm SignX's standard position on deliverable ownership and on the reuse of generic components and internal tooling.

6. Reviews and testimonials

If you submit a review through a link we send you, you confirm the review is your genuine opinion and you grant SignX permission to publish it, along with your name, role and company, on this website and in marketing material. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing contact@signxsolutions.com.

7. Third-party links

This site links to external services such as WhatsApp, social networks and event registration pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and specifications, case study figures and published content may change without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law
